The standard double room here comes with a personal safe, air conditioning, and a minibar, the staff is excellent and resolved my issues, and the location is perfect and magnificent.

Had 3 nights in Vienna, spending my time here lovely. Superior double room included an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and an air conditioning. Separate bathroom was big. The hotel had a very central location and it was steps away from an 18th-century church. And the area was shopping, just off the old center, and the centre of old Vienna.

The staff were chatty, didn't expect that coming.

The location was fantastic, in the centre of the city. The fact that Stephansplatz Stop tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

We stayed in standard queen room with comfortable beds. Loved the decor, it was delightful. The venue was in a super central location next to museums as well as the center and metro station.

Some people working there were kind of rude.

We spent 3 lovely nights in Vienna. The hotel had a magnificent location near Innere Stadt.- It was close to main attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as the city center.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, nonetheless everything was very comfortable. This was our 2nd stay, they offered standard queen room with all amenities.

Everything is very comfortable here, had a very nice stay for the wedding. The units are warm enough and spacious with comfortable beds:)))

The rooms are functional and air conditioned, with comfortable beds. Excellent service, the breakfast is warm. Moreover, the parking is nearby. Also, the location is best possible, minutes from Stephansplatz.

This hotel in the heart of the city center is absolutely worth every penny. The location is spot on, with everything within walking distance. And let me tell you, the staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. Plus, the breakfast spread is delicious and satisfying.

The location is very good, and this seemed to be the most reasonable option price-wise if you want to stay in this part of town.

It is said to be a 4-star hotel but it really is more like a 3-star.

Enjoyed how the reasonably spacious room with all amenities was arranged when we arrived. The meals in the restaurant where reasonably priced. Every stuff member was exceptionally kind and outstandingly accommodating.

This hotel is perfectly located in the very center of this city, just a short walk away from San Stefan cathedral. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is delicious. Additionally, the hotel is very clean.
